Movement as steady slow or steady fast.
Memories fade and memories last.
Emotions tilt the scale.
Life plays an insane game
Of an ever changing back and forth
Of this and that.
One has to be skilled in balancing acts.
Checks and balances,
To keep one’s rhythm in tact.
And just when you think
Everything is all worked out…
Life rotates 360 degrees,
Leaving you puzzled as to what life is about.
Emotions tilt the scale.
As a new day approaches
With a brand new rising of the sun,
Wonder where my dreams will flow?
The new year is a touch away
For reaching higher heights.
Wonder where my heart will go?
With a fire lit deep within,
Two diamond eyes,
And a path blazed by hope,
I’ll grab a hold of newness in the air.
Reach out towards a distance
That is so near.
Wonder never more
For my chance is now and here.
